General contracting procedure
The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In case it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
In order for the contract for the purchase of products in our store to be valid, the information provided by the user to place the order must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with ZRED Comunicaciones y Automatización.
Purchase validation
Once the purchase is made, ZRED Comunicaciones y Automatización will immediately send an order confirmation to the user via email. If the customer does not agree with the information provided in the warranty, they may request a modification or cancellation of the order.
In any case, the corresponding communication for cancellation or modification must be made within seven business days from the confirmation of the order, through the email info@zred.es, provided that the order has not been shipped.
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in Spain.
However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to said tax depending on the country of residence of the buyer and their status (entrepreneur/professional or individual).
In addition, Paypal taxes must be taken into account to obtain the final price of the product.
Therefore, in some cases, the final price of the order may be altered compared to the one displayed on the website.
The invoice is issued upon shipment and can be accessed and downloaded from the user's account, in addition to being sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are displayed and can be viewed through the website.
We kindly ask users to access updated versions of the website to avoid errors in prices. In any case, orders in the process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of formalization.
Payment methods
The user/buyer agrees to pay for the products purchased from ZRED Comunicaciones y Automatización using the accepted payment methods and any additional amount (including taxes).

Delivery conditions

The customer may select the desired shipping method from the available options, which may vary depending on the delivery address.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and the selected shipping method. However, they are usually between 15-20 business days for national shipments and between 20-30 business days for international shipments, counted from the moment the order is confirmed.
Returns and refunds
If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, they may exercise their right to return or exchange it within a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact ZRED Comunicaciones y Automatización through the email info@zred.es, indicating their name, order number, and the reason for the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the product.
Once the return is received and verified, ZRED Comunicaciones y Automatización will proceed to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellations, Returns and Withdrawals
Cancellation of an order
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, you must send an email to info@zred.es and provide the order reference you wish to cancel.
The refund will be made by the same payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.
Returns and commercial withdrawal. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal is the right of a consumer of a good to return it to the shop within a legal period, without having to claim or give any explanation for it or suffer a penalty.

To avoid errors in the pointe shoe fitting it is important that you wear the inserts or prosthesis you are using at the time. It is likely that some pointe shoes will be unusable if you change the insole or prosthesis with which you have done the test.
The product by its characteristics does not include support service or assistance to use it, ZRED Communications and Automation is exonerated from the responsibility to provide that service, although as far as possible we always try to support any questions.

In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer is a party shall be presumed to have been concluded in the place where the consumer has his or her habitual residence. Therefore, in the event of any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
Likewise, electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals, in the absence of an agreement between the parties, shall be presumed to have been entered into in the place where the service provider is established.
